We're so excited to be offering a VIP package for ticketholders, which can be purchased as an add on to either general admission or premium seats. Looking to buy someone a special gift for Christmas - this would be a magical & unforgettable present - or perhaps to (and rightly so!) treat yourself?
What does the VIP package include?
The VIP package is an add on, so you need to purchase tickets too. Make sure to select the exact number of VIP packages that you would like... so if you're buying two tickets, and would like two VIP packages, make sure to select two VIP packages also.
Important - once we receive your ticket order, you'll receive confirmation by email, including a short paragraph asking where you'd like your VIP package delivered to, and - if it's a gift - whether you'd like a short message to be included on the ticket. Please do keep an eye out for this so that we can send you your package - it will come from [email protected]. If you can't find the email, please contact [email protected]

We're unable to offer refunds for the show, but you can (depending on availability) ask to be changed to a different show date or time. The cut off for requests to change can be sent up to 48 hours before your booked event begins. Please email [email protected] with your request and ticket ID, and we'll do our very best to find you another show.
Tickets are non-transferable, so please keep with the spirit of it all and definitely don't flog them on... thank you!
With apologies, no under 8's. We've found that they generally can't sit still, which is just not fair on other ticket holders (or you).
